Updated CD cover

Here is a more final design for the CD front cover, however  i feel i need a better quality central image (Indigo Lights).

For the inside cover i will use images of the band performing, i will get these uploaded as soon as possible.

This shows an idea i had with a man looking to the sky for something exciting, and the indigo lights title appears like a UFO

However i will still adjust this image with my own photograph of a field and a greater quality  'indigo lights' image. 

Experimenting with Lightning

Here are a few experiments i have done using imovie, in a scene towards the end of the music video the character shoots lightning out of his hands. i decided to experiment in order to create an effect that looks the most professional (within limitations)...

Some sort of blurring effect/soft focus combined with the electricity is probably the best way to do things. As you can see the hand must be kept still for this to work...

Filming difficulties

so far i have filmed the first page of my storyboard and am currently arranging times to use the location (Backwell Playhouse) as it is used regularly and i need to get my actors there at times when everyone is free, i shall film parts with people every saturday, however time is restricted so i will also sort out a full day to finish. I hope to get the still locations shots uploaded soon.

For this music video i wanted to create something youthful and ultimately entertaining, this is a narrative based music video but i have included performance and un-naturalistic elements to keep it visually interesting. P.S. please excuse the absence of numbers 13 and 14, i erased them because of changes of ideas.
